If you’re new to the NDIS or want to understand your plan better, My Plan Navigator program gives you three clear one-page tools (Plan Passport, Smart Budgeting, and a Plan Activation Checklist) that summarise your goals, budgets, and next steps so you can start services quickly and stay on track. You’ll know your plan, make smarter choices, and get the most out of your funding with confidence.
How it works
Step 1: Meet & Review
We meet with you (and your Support Coordinator if you have one) to hear your story and review your plan. Step 2: Create Your One-Pagers
Together we design a simple Plan Passport, Smart Budget, and Activation Checklist tailored to your goals. Step 3: Put It Into Action
We help you set up your supports, connect with providers, and start using your plan with confidence. Step 4: Monitor & Update
We check in regularly to review spending, prepare for plan reviews, and help you grow your confidence.
