    • Pathway Mapping – Create a simple plan that breaks your goals into small, achievable steps.

    • Skill Up & Connect – Build real-world experience through short courses, volunteer work, job trials, or hobbies — we can even attend your first meetings or interviews with you.

    • Review & Celebrate – Reflect on your progress, update your goals, and celebrate each milestone along the way.

    Every session is flexible, practical, and focused on what’s most important to you.
