Our programs offer co-designed, interest led activities that help build practical skills, confidence, and genuine community connections.

We deliver 1:1 or small group sessions in venues that suit you, so you can learn by doing, in real life settings that feel comfortable and meaningful.

This service is ideal for people who:

  • Learn best through hands on experiences

  • Want to build routines, make friends and feel more connected.

  • Are looking to find purpose and independence through community participation.

What we do
  • Community access (0116) 1:1 support to attend appointments, go shopping, visit libraries and local events on your terms and in your community.

  • Life‑skills development (0117) Learn essential skills in real world settings, cook in a community kitchen, budget at markets, navigate public transport and build digital confidence.

  • Innovative community participation projects (0116/0125) Join creative, social and interest based activities like arts, sports, faith groups, volunteering or tech/gaming clubs.

  • Group/centre activities (0136)

    Participate in centre based group sessions focused on social, recreational and skill building activities in a welcoming, supportive way.

We support participants who are agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.

Delivery
  • 1:1 or small group support in accessible community venues near you.

  • Transport and travel training available (if funded in your plan).

  • Multilingual and culturally safe support to ensure inclusivity and respect.
