Yas Care is an NDIS-registered provider that helps you understand your plan, use your funding wisely, and live your way. We offer practical services, coaching, and mentoring tailored to your goals.
Do you provide nursing care, like dressings or medication support?
Yes, our registered nurses provide wound care and dressings, and can administer medications if authorised. We do not prescribe medication but we coordinate with your doctor or prescriber.
Can family or friend be trained?
Absolutely. We provide training and easy-to-follow resources so families and friends can safely assist with your care and routines.
Do you help with jobs or study?
Yes, we mentor you in job seeking, building skills, and connecting with inclusive employers. For study, we teach learning strategies and link you to academic supports, but we don’t write assignments or guarantee jobs.
Do I have to join a group program?
No. You can choose one-to-one sessions or group programs. We’ll adapt to what works best for you.
Can you help with housing needs?
Yes, we assist with housing applications, planning, and building routines during transitions. We don’t provide or own housing but will guide you through the process.
Do you help with daily living skills like cooking and budgeting?
Yes. Our life-skills coaches provide step-by-step support with cooking, budgeting, routines, and other everyday tasks so you can build confidence and independence.
Is transport support available?
Yes, if transport is funded in your NDIS plan. Our staff can drive you, and we also provide travel training, including Myki use, route planning, and safe travel tips.
