We provide practical mentoring to support you through study, work, and major lie changes. Our team helps you build a clear pathway, develop job readiness, and navigate complex systems so you can move froward with confidence and purpose.

Who it’s for

This service is ideal for people who are :

  • Exploring career or training options

  • Finishing school or returning to study

  • Planning major life transitions, such as moving house, starting work, or adjusting support needs.

What we do
  • Career profiling and pathway planning: We help you explore options like TAFE, short courses, apprentice ships, and provide advice on reasonable adjustments. a practical pathway plan (TAFE, short courses, apprenticeships) and reasonable adjustments advice.

  • Job readiness and support: Resume and cover letter writing, interview practice, workplace visits, and on the job mentoring focusing on routines, communication, self advocacy, and problem solving skills.

  • Building connections: Linking you with Disability Employment Services (DES), local council, inclusive employers and industry mentors.

  • Goal‑setting and a transition planning: Creating a roadmap with clear milestones, from finishing high school to TAFE/University or moving from the family home to independent or shared living.

  • System navigation: Guidance with NDIS, MyGov, Centrelink, education providers, housing and community services.

  • Personalised mentoring: Matching you with a mentor who shares your interests and culture and supporting the setup of daily routines to make your transition successful and sustainable.

How it works

  2. Design your path or transition plan: Co create clear, achievable plan tailored to your needs.

  3. Practice with coaching & placements: Gain hands on experience and coaching to build confidence.

  4. Review & sustain: Regular check ins to track progress and adjust your support as needed.

Funding & Access

This service is available under the NDIS:

  • 0102 Assist Access/Maintain employment

  • 0106 Assist life stage transition

We support participants with agency managed, plan managed or self managed funding.

Delivery
  • In‑home mentoring, campus/workplace support and online check‑ins.

  • Flexible scheduling to fit around your study, work or personal commitments.

  • Multilingual and culturally competent mentors to ensure inclusive, personalised support.
