We provide hands-on personal care and household support to help you stay safe at home, build healthy routines, and grow your independence.
Our focus is on teaching and skill transfer, so over time you can confidently do more for yourself.

Who it’s for

This service is for people who need support with self-care, household tasks, or life-skills coaching to manage everyday life more confidently — both at home and in the community.

What we do
  • Morning/evening routines, showering, grooming, dressing, meal preparation and gentle prompts.

  • Household tasks and community access for shopping, appointments and social activities.

  • Life‑skills coaching including cooking, budgeting, digital basics, time‑blocking and appointment planning.

  • Take‑home planners, visual prompts and habit trackers to support new routines.

This service is available under the NDIS:

  • 0107 – Assist Personal Activities

  • 0115 – Daily Tasks / Shared Living

  • 0120 – Development of Daily Living and Life Skills

We support participants with agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed funding.

Delivery
  • Support at home or in the community, with flexible scheduling.

  • Telehealth check-ins available when needed.

  • Trauma-informed, culturally safe, and multilingual support.
